Caregiver Eligibility Requirements:

Must be registered with Missouri Department of Health Senior Services Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR)
Meet the training requirements in accordance with State and Federal laws
Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions
Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients, families, members of the care team, and supervisors
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to communicate effectively to supervisors and coworkers in a timely manner regarding changes in client’s condition or needs
Minimum of one year of professional experience as personal care aide/nurse assistant/CNA/LPN/RN in a hospital, nursing facility or home care setting preferred
Ability to utilize agency’s electronic timekeeping system also referred to as EVV/EHR systems (Electronic Visit Verification/Employee Health Record systems)
Comply with ALL agency policies and procedures
Participates in ALL mandatory meetings and in-service training
