MISSOURI MEDICAID IN-HOME CARE PROGRAM

The In-Home Services Program allows ​our agency to assign a caregiver to provide personal care, chore worker and/or respite care services in the comfort of their home as authorized under the Missouri Medicaid program.

​To qualify for the In-Home Services Program, a person must:

• Be at least 18 years of age through the Medicaid State Plan or at least 63 years of age through the 

  Medicaid’s Aged and Disabled Waiver

• Be determined eligible for Medicaid benefits with an 

  active status

• Determined to have met the Medicaid’s Level of Care requirements

• Have an unmet need which can be met through the program as an alternative to nursing facility placement
